RETURNS & CANCELLATION

To initiate a return, please ensure that the item is securely packed in its original packaging and remember to include your proof of purchase. Once everything is ready, the shipping company will conveniently pick up the package.

We kindly request your attention to the fact that the responsibility for the return shipping charges will lie with you.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange your item within 14 days from the date of receiving it and you will be receiving another pair, please note that shipping fees will be applied to the exchange. It is important to ensure that the pair you wish to exchange is new, has not been used, and is in the same condition as it was when you received it.

Refunds

Upon receiving your return, we will promptly inspect the item’s condition and process your refund or exchange. We kindly request your patience as this process may take up to five (5) days from the moment we receive the item.
